Standard pricing includes one print location.
Add a second standard print location for $5 per garment.
Sleeve Printing: +$3
Add $3 per printed sleeve, per garment.
Individual Personalization: +$5
Names, numbers, titles, or other individual personalization
are $5 per garment.
Custom Design Work: $25+
Basic artwork setup is included. Original design work,
artwork rebuilding, or major design changes start at $25.
Custom Order Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins on qualifying custom orders. Orders under $50 may require full payment up front. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed order is shipped, delivered, or picked up.
Payment & Approval Policy
Orders Under $50
Custom orders under $50 may require full payment before work begins.
Orders $50 & Up
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before materials
are ordered or production begins.
Final Balance
Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed on the
customer invoice and before the order is released, shipped,
delivered, or picked up.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for approving spelling, colors,
sizing, placement, and final artwork before production.
Changes After Approval
Changes requested after final approval may result in additional
design, material, or production charges.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Payments covering materials,
artwork, or completed production may also be non-refundable.
Late Payments & Unclaimed Orders
Late Payments: Final balances are due by the payment due date listed on the customer invoice. A 5-business-day grace period is provided after the due date. If the balance remains unpaid after the grace period, a $15 late fee may be added to the outstanding balance.
Completed orders will not be released, shipped, delivered, or available for pickup until the full balance and any applicable fees have been paid.
Unclaimed Orders: Completed custom orders that remain unpaid or unclaimed for more than 30 days may be subject to additional storage or handling fees.
Turnaround Time: Standard custom orders are normally completed within 7–14 business days after payment, artwork approval, and all required order information has been received.
Rush Orders: Rush production may be available for an additional 25% rush fee depending on product availability and the current production schedule.
Specialty Orders: Specialty garments, oversized prints, unusual print placement, special sourcing, or other non-standard requests may require additional charges.
Pricing is based on standard garment colors, standard print sizes,
and customer-approved artwork. Custom-order deposits are non-refundable.
Invoice due dates apply to outstanding balances. Applicable taxes and
shipping are calculated separately.
