RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ghetto Outlaw TV (operating as Outlaw Supply Co.), all sales are considered final.

NO RETURNS

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection  
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Change of mind  
- Normal wear or misuse  

Please review all product details, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged  
- Defective  
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)  

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the issue  

If approved, we will:
- Replace the item, OR  
- Provide a refund at our discretion  

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 7 days or without proper evidence.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items sold by Outlaw Supply Co. are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

- Apparel and merchandise  
- Custom or made-to-order items  
- DTF transfers and Cricut materials  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an issue qualifies under our Damaged or Incorrect Items policy, we will provide a replacement.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once an order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages  
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly  

If you need assistance, we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable law.

To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition  
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- A damaged or defective item is confirmed  
- An incorrect item was sent  

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method  
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
